Unlike our friends in Charlottesville, we only go 4-6" in yesterday's storm, but we still had enough to play in. We ventured out twice today. Here are some pictures for your enjoyment.

Where have we been?!

I know, we have been terrible at keeping you all updated! I promised you (our faithful blog followers) a video of Shayna from her party, but I still have yet to upload it, my apologies. Things here are good, but quite busy. I have officially gone back to work parttime, which means that Shayna has started back at day care. It has been a huge adjustment for all of us, but we are really pleased with the day care we ultimately decided to place her in (that's a whole other story!) and think that she will in time adjust quite nicely there. In the last year, especially the last 6 months that she and I have been home together, we have both grown very attached and as expected Shayna is having some trouble with the separation, but that's just because she loves us SO much! Instead of the promised birthday video, instead here are some pictures of us celebrating Hanukkah and enjoying Shayna's new birthday/Hanukkah presents. Happy Holidays everyone!
